💗Is payment due before or after order is placed.... Payment is at checkout.

💗Shipping.... We offer flat rate shipping for $5.99 .... you can bundle several items in one package (the order must be processed together to be shipped together) Free Shipping is offered with $75.00 Orders within the United States.

💗Production Time.... Currently We ship within 3 business days after payment is received on in stock items. Out of stock items and special orders will be shipped in approximately 2 weeks. Please note that this does not include shipping time.

💗Special/Custom orders.... Please message or email me at girlygirldesigns@gmail.com regarding special/custom orders.

💗Changing Chain for a different size..... If you need a different size other than is offered please send a message to arrange for a special order.

💗Changing Color of the Crystal..... If you need a different color crystal other than is offered please send a message to arrange for a special order.

💗How to measure for length....Place a string where you would like the necklace, bracelet or anklet to fall and then measure the string (in inches) or choose you favorite necklace etc. and measure the length (in inches)

💗Tarnishing and Care .... Store in a zip bag when not in use. With sterling sliver tarnish will happen. Silver jewelry cleaner can be used.... Fallow package directions, Rinse with clean warm water. Always blot dry on a flat surface, to prevent damage. Be sure your piece is completely dry before storing it in the plastic bag. This is safe for your crystals. Other stones should be tested before using a cleaner. Do not clean pearls.
💗Gold filled is easy to care for and with proper care it normally lasts for many years. Gold filled design do not require cleaner...... you can rinse with warm clean water to keep crystal sparkling. Always blot dry on a flat surface, to prevent damage.
💗Always avoid exposure to hairspray, perfume, lotions and chemicals as well as extreme moisture, salt water, and chlorine.  

💗 Be aware that some of my pendants will slide off the chain for cleaning. (dropping could brake your crystal)
